Before enrolling in a course:
● Go to the Learning Catalog, then click a course or event title.
● Click the Instructor tab to see if the Instructor has provided phone, fax, or e-mail information.
After enrolling in a course, click the course title to begin the course.
● If a link labeled E-mail Instructor appears at the top-right corner of the course page, click the link to display an e-mail submission form. Enter the Subject and Message fields, attach a file if desired, and click the Send button.
● If a link labeled Communicate appears at the top-right corner of the course page, click the link to display the Roster page. The Roster displays the names of the Instructor and all Learners who are participating in a course.
o Click the name of the Instructor at the top of the Roster page to display an e-mail submission form. Enter the Subject and Message fields, attach a file if desired, and click the Send button.
● If there is no link labeled E-mail Instructor or Communicate at the top-right corner of the course page, then no instructor has been assigned to the course or event.
Note:
● In order to be able to send an e-mail, both you and the Instructor must have a valid e-mail address in the system.
● The Contact Us link is a separate link that allows you to e-mail a person who has been designated to answer general questions from all users in the system
