Learning Catalog - Enrollment (with e-Commerce)

The instructions below show you how to enroll your site is enabled for e-Commerce payments for courses and events.

If your site is enabled for e-Commerce, a link labeled Add to Cart appears next to each course or event title. A price also appears in the Price column.

To access the Learning Catalog:

If you are already enrolled in a course or event:

       The text Registered Learning appears in the Status column.

To enroll in a course or event:

1.     Click a tab (Courses, Events, or View All).

2.     A link labeled Add to Cart appears to the right of each course or event title.

3.     Note for events only: If there are no openings for the event, the link will say Full - Enroll to Waitlist. Click the link to enroll to the waitlist.

4.     The title you have chosen is displayed in the area with the heading Shopping Cart on the right side of the page. You can select more than one course or event if you wish.

5.     To remove a selection, click the "trash can" icon next to the title.

6.     Click Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart area.

7.     A page with the heading Learning Catalog appears. This page lists the courses or events that you selected from the Learning Catalog. A check mark appears in the Select column after each item.

8.     To keep selection, leave the check mark in the check box.

9.     To remove a selection, click the check box to remove the check mark, then click the Update button.

10.  Click Confirm when you have finalized your selections.

11.  If you accessed the Learning Catalog through the Catalog link (before logging on), you will be asked to log on if you are an existing user, or to register if your are a new user.

12.  A Payment Information page may appear, depending on how your site is configured. If so, fill out the requested information. An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

13.  Your enrollment will be processed, and the courses or events you have chosen will appear on the My Learning page. You will receive the message You have been successfully registered for your chosen course(s).
